FA: Have 40+ items, most just listed, more to come...

Mostly tubes and manuals, but some might be of interest.
Drake R4C and TR6 and a CE 100V manual plus some others.
Tubes are mostly 'audio' corwd appeal, but some are good for ham 12BY7's
6CL6, etc.

Push is coming to shove on my Hawaii relocation so I'll be listing stuff
fast and furious.
