I have a still sealed in the box ICOM IC-V8 2 meter handi talkie. Still
sealed in the box and with ICOM's new purchase warrantee as well. It was
won as a door prize a a swap. I wanted to trade it back for some
accessories I needed for the HF rig I have, but the dealer would not credit
the HT toward my purchase.

The IC-V8 is still sealed in the box. It is a 2 meter handheld, 5.5
watts with CTCSS and DCS encode/D per invoice. Ready to operate out of the
box.
