What tube tester is avail for testing this type? B+K 747 or my Starkit
99-9 wont work? Suggestions?

There is no portable type tester made to test this transmitting tube type.
Hallicrafters made one for the milltary, however it is 3 phase 400Hz AC so
would be a pain to power up and they are very rare testers. C. Hugh Cline

Ceramic power tubes aren't usually tested beyond the factory - their
operating gear is their tester.
