HELP? ARCP2000 software
 

I have installed the ARCP2000 computer control software .
This is for the TS-2000 Kenwood.
I can't seem to get the software to talk to the radio.
I have set the radio and the computer to 9600 baud 8N1
Still will not connect. Any one with some ideas?
