Help: Novex BC-40 Charger Info.

Picked up a Novex BC-40 desktop charger. Looks just like Icom's BC-35
desktop charger. Can anyone give me specs for this charger? Is it a
rapid or overnight? Will it charge the aftermarket NiMH batteries? I
know the Icom BC-35 will. Please post.
