WTB Kenwood TM 701 parts radio. Need service manual too

I have a TM 701 VHF/UHF dual band radio that is in need of the front
panel board ( ROTARY ENCODER BOARD)

The service manual would be helpful if you had one. At the very least
a pictorial of the board in question.
