FS/T: Icom IC-735 (needs work)

ICOM IC-735 Parts radio. Will not power up. Seems to be complete
except for power cord, mic, tuning knob, and one smaller knob. Case
and front panel in good shape. Need parts or try to fix? Make me a
cash or trade offer. You pay actual shipping costs.
