Help: need info on "motivation talks" on radio or internet


My brother lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA.

He is ill and needs uplifting Positive Mental talks.

He was wondering if he could listen to motivational talks ( NOT
religious talks) on the internet or radio ?

He was told such internet radio was FREE but he wasn't sure where/how
to access it ?

Anyone know ? ideas ? suggestions ?

He is NOT technical nor am I.
