A Heathkit - Bell & Howell Multimeter.......

It was won but the bidder didn't pay after 2 weeks. Said he never got
e-mails or invoices, but replied miraculously after a complaint to E-Bay
(buyer did not pay complaint). Offered to pay immediately via Pay Pal, still
never did. SO, it's back on the market. There is a reserve price but it is
reasonable.
