Found it! Call Motorola 800-422-4210 and tell them you want the RSS and
license to program the Visar Privacy Plus units.
Motorola scours newgroups and websites for key words such as Motorola
RSS,software,programming and the RVN part numbers for such.

Or find dealer who can program it for you.

question and add it to the Federal Inappropriate Posting List Concerning
Requests For Circumvention of Copyright Protected Sales with Intent To
Infringe Upon Intellectual Property Owned By Motorola, Inc. Register, where

paid federal telecommunications and software protection officials 24/7 for
