WTB: Repeater Controller

Wanted VERY BASIC controller and in-expensive as possible.
Am donating my 35w uhf repeater to a small group of guys in rural NYS area.
Only need CW I.D., Rx-Tx audio In & Out, Sqlch control circuit...no phone
patch or digi I.D.
