Im in desperate need of a 12 mhz crystal for my audio recording
interface that I'm building. Anybody happen to have one laying around
that they're not using? I could pay some cash via paypal.

Assuming you mean 12 MHz, You can get all you want through Mouser, DigiKey
and probably Ocean Electronics.
