HTX-100 & HR2510 parts radios in one lot

Sold for parts in one lot, a President 10 meter SSB/CW/AM/FM HR2510
transceiver and a Realistic HTX-100 10 meter CW/SSB transceiver
(missing top and bottom cover but has mike). The HTX-100 powers up, but
the synthesizer section doesn't work. Don't know anything about the
HR2510 other than the fact that neither it nor the HTX-100 show any
external or internal evidence of overheating due to major faults in the
circuitry or applied voltage (i.e. no visible evidence of being
catastrophically "smoked" through over-volt or cascade failure). The
XMT power transistors on the HR2510 have been unscrewed from their heat
sinks by a previous owner or technician unknown.

Watch out for this guy.

He will agree to an offer, the shipping terms and whatnot, making statements
that the offer is ok with him. Then when you send him the payment, he sends
the money back stating that "he has multiple offers". Payment was sent via
Paypal as agreed.

What the hell, when you make a deal and agree to it, you don't renig on it
and sell the item to someone else! Hell, he never even said he had other
offers that I could counteroffer on.

Whatever, just another guy to stay away from.
