Can anyone tell me the proper name for the circular, serrated-edge nuts
that are used on the front panel of radios, and where I can buy the wrench to tighten them. Please reply to: . I'm not a regular reader of this newsgroup. Thanks, Simon Pontin Rochester, NY |

Bolts, not nuts....
TORX is the name, sizes T10 and T15 are pretty popular.... try your local auto parts store for a complete set of drivers. rb "Simon" wrote in message ups.com... I've seen the hex nuts for sale (guitar amplifier site somewhere), but
I don't recall seeing the serrated (knurled?) edge nuts you're talking about. You might try Googling for fender amplifier nuts. Good luck, Barry |
