Before the Commission there are 14 petitions concerned with
Morse Code Testing for U. S. amateur radio licensing. The
first 7 petitions, RM-10781 through RM-10787, are largely
concerned with dropping the code test. Supposedly the window
for Comments is already closed on those but new Comments
keep appearing on the public record. RM-10805 through RM-
10811 are largely concerned with keeping the code test.
Supposedly the window for those Comments will close on 7th
of November.
