Got news for you twit, the FCC is the only authority that can issue
calls signs for stations in the U.S., and your on operations 27.885 are
in violation of FCC rules since you hold no valid license for those
frequencies and those frequencies are not within the current cb
allocations.
Your childish name-calling notwithstanding, you may find it mind
boggling when you finally realize that the FCC has absolutely no
jurisdiction outside of sovereign American territory. And just how
is that you seem to intuitively know exactly what licenses I do or
do not hold, errrrr "twit," to use your own moronic language.
BTW, judging from your name-calling & moronic statements, I
would almost bet your are a regular on 14313? Unidentified,
of course.

OK twit (I stand by the lable), you want to make a bet you don't hold a
license to transmit on 27.885? And if you brush up on your reading
comprehension skills and re-read my post, you will notice I stated that
"the FCC is the only authority that can issue calls signs for stations
in the U.S." Notice I said "U.S.", that is "United States" in case you
don't understand. Now where did I say anything about outside of
sovereign territory? And here you are on a ham newsgroup inviting others
to get one of these 'phoney' callsigns and operate on a frequency with
this 'phoney' callsign that carries no authority whatsoever to operate
on that frequency. And your ITU has no authority to issue these licenses
to operate on those frequencies for any U.S. ham or anyone else.
