You've passed NO Amateur Radio tests of ANY kind. No license =
No practical experience.

You are the ultimate amateur.

You're not much of anything...You're an "ex" of many things, none
of them mastered, it would seem.

You might have been a professional once, but you could not even
get a job with an amateur organization.
