Plus he didn't have any idea on what to do once a lot of his "issues" were
addressed (such as holding W2NSD when living in 1 land)...

Wayne now seems to be a sucker for every half-baked idea that comes along.
(heard the program, sad.)

No, I think Wayne was pretty successful.


Wayne has had his "successes", for sure...

He succeeded in ruining "73" magazine.

He succeeded in making a mockery of himself.

He succeeded in spending a lifetime "dissing" the ARRL, yet everytime

a
rallying cry was sounded by those disenfranchised with the ARRL (most of

whom
WERE that way BECAUSE of him!) he had some lame excuse as to why he
couldn't/wouldn't do it.

Needless to say, Michael, I disagee. Wayne had the opportunity to be

a
significant leader in Amateur Radio's future, but he will be, afterall,

nothing
but a footnote in it.
