That'll depend what the other hand is doing. Reminds me of the joke (okay,
"everyone" knows the guys who really said this, but let's assume it's a
joke....):
Man has girlfriend in lap while driving at high speed on country highway.
Gets pulled over by angry highway patrolman who says "Shouldn't you be using
