That makes no sense at all. Driving with a cup of coffee in one hand,
a cigarette in the other, putting on make-up, while yelling at the kids
in the back seat has GOTTA be safer than doing all that with a cellphone
in the other hand.

You changed the conditions by adding in all the other factors. Anyway, go
search out the stat's, they're available somewhere. Studies in USA, Europe
and Australia all agree. I guess we're all just crappy drivers.
