Incorrect. This is not a ballpark, not a government contract discussion
forum, and Macy is vainly trying to exact retribution for perceived
personal affronts long ago in the past. Not only that, he ventures far
from the general subject of this newsgroup which is concerned with
amateur radio policy.

Macy acts the petulant little child, whining and crying because he
