No, Mike, I never said that ...

AFAIK, Hans still supports the goal of NCI to eliminate Morse test
requirements.

And, as Hans himself has said, he has not been "excommunicated" from NCI for
having differing views on the other restructuring proposals than the
majority of the members ...
