That's not totally true... It would make it even easier for a CB operator
to acquire one... Doesn't change the legality, just makes it easier...

Then again, if they were running quality amps with real output filters,
maybe there would be less problems.. Still illegal as all hell, but cleaner
anyway.


Screw the FCC they are powerless anyway.
