If they don't know much English, it's a bit rough on them to use non-
standard words, and even if they do, it increases the chance of a busted
call in the log.
Quite possibly. I use the so called "proper" phonetics myself (though
prefering plain callsigns).
I'm just not terribly into telling people what they can or can't say on
the air as long as it is decent language.
