Exactly! You seem very familiar with the situation we are dealing with.


This sort of thing has been happening since cave man days. It
can get dicey if this guy is say the new boss where you work.
Quitting a job is not like quitting a club, especially when
the economy is in the toilet...


The trick is that it doesn't have to be one or the other. Just give
the new guy a job to do, and see how he does.

4 more months, not 4 more years!
