would there be a quick way to reverse these antennas main lobe directions
(180 degree reciprocal), from my shack?

I realize that this observation may not be exactly what you want to hear,
but if you leave off the termination resistors, the Rhombic will be
naturally bi-directional. (Swapping the feedpoints and terminations will
reverse the main lobes but that may be more than you want to bother with.)

Which makes me wonder if anyone has ever located the transmitter in the
physical center of the Rhombic? On the ground, of course.
