I believe you may be hearing WNTF, licensed to Bithlo, FL. They
were/are a 2100 watt daytimer, but it looks like they've received a CP
to upgrade to 10,000 watts directional - still as a daytimer. Perhaps
they're operating under a testing waiver while they perform the
upgrades?
