I agree with JerryO in the aspect that he said some good cbers and
hammies will undoubtedly be hurt by the bad laws passed by the
power-hungry. Jerry has always felt it a duty to report such radio
villains, and so has Frank (going as far as claiming it was his MORAL
duty and obligation to needlessly harass cbers).

Where did I say that, Twist? I didn't. You are misquoting me yet again. I'm
suprised you didn't misquote the late Dick McCollum in your latest rant, like
when you claimed he said freebanders could use his call "in case they work
anything real exotic." But I'm sure you will try again in the future -- you
don't let anything stop you in your encouragement of lawbreaking, not even
respect for the dead.

Reporting these
scofflaws is the right thing to do, they each claim..so be it.

Send
the name or call sign of your favorite lid to if you
suspect they are breaking the rules or residing somewhere other than the
address they provide the FCC. The FCC will do the rest.
It is unfortunate there exist those who feel such extremes must be
taken, but the law is the law and it was not constructed for hammies who
happen to be lids to hide behind and abuse cbers as they see fit. We
have heard it a thousand times, "follow the proper
channels".................this is one of them.
