Much of this originates with Powell prostituting the airways. Tucked
neatly away from mainstream media has been Powell's reasons for allowing
such action. It's directly related to the massive media corporations
gobbling up all the rest. In fact, it was recently disclosed companies
that own major television stations, newspapers, and radio stations may
broaden their media outlet holdings, no longer restricted to the certain
number of holdings they were in the past.
The sources where we receive our news are rapidly shrinking.
The multiple outlets deal got canned in the courts
