explanation. I thought I gave him a
good explanation, but alas he's still,
like a couple others, very obsessed
with this newsgroup. Mopar tried
to just have a cordial post with him
and Frank got snooty with him.

Wrong. He mentioned that there were white-caps on the lake. What did he mean?
Hell, I don't know. He could have been talking about boating or fishing or the
weather, or even something abstract. In order to find out, I responded with a
simple, one-word request for clarification: "So?". If you perceived a "snooty"
inflection to my reply then it was added by you, Hypocrite Landshark, not me.

It's a shame really, he's not a
dumb person, a little confused maybe,
but not dumb.

The only person that got confused was you when you tried to read between the
lines. You can eliminate that confusion by limiting yourself to reading words
that are spelled out in letters, not in projections of your bitterness.
