You sure are disappointing for an alleged Extra, Georgie. Amps are not
illegal in and of themselves, and they certainly aren't illegal for
licensed amateurs to use, sell, or buy, or even auction. You are
interfering with legal business.
Equipment is not illegal. Only certain use of some equipment is
illegal. You might learn something before you shoot off your mouth
complaining to eBay.
