Is Any Body ? ? ? L I S T E N I N G ? ? ?

YES - But they may be a lowly SWL and You will Never Know;
Unless the SWL sends the HAM a QCL Request and the HAM Replys in Kind.
? How many Amateurs Actively Seek QCL Reports form SWLs ?
? How many Amateurs 'send out' "QCL Cards" to the SWLs ?
