No. they have merely changed the way such
is reported.
Exactly,,they no longer follow up anonymous reported complaints.
Instead of reporting the full name
of the accused, they only give the name of the
location, callsign, and the infraction.
Otherwise, they still respond to complaints.

What I am speaking of has nothing to do with the manner in which the FCC
releases its information to the public.
