The best way to have ham is to get Boars Head Honey Maple Ham, slice really
thin, with Jarlsberg swiss, all on a nice fresh italian bread. Hellmans
mayo on the bottom, and ceasar salad dressing on the top. Nothing else (no
lettuce, tomato, etc.).
