How little you know, DouGay.

To expect (or demand) an "answer", first you have to ask a question.
Care to explain what the question was?

Sorry, but amplifiers are not illegal. Only certain uses of amplifiers
are illegal. Don't you know anything? You been around DouGay and
Georgie-girl too long!

BTW, it is not illegal to discuss amplifiers. It is not illegal to
possess amplifiers. It may (depending on the particular
circumstances) be illegal to use amplifiers. However, ALL amplifiers
are not illegal, which is what you try to make us believe. You're
wrong; same as you were wrong about "ALL 10 meter radios are illegal".

The FCC says THIS:

"Section 2.815(b) of the Commission's Rules prohibits the marketing
of External Radio Frequency Power Amplifiers (or amplifier kits)
capable of operation on any frequency or frequencies between 24 and 35
MHz."

How does that conflict with my edited posts above? Where does it say
that it is illegal to possess amplifiers? Or to discuss them?

Now permit me to quote from the FCC CB Rules, Part 95, Subpart D:

"95.411 (2) (c): The FCC will presume you have used a linear if -
(1) It is in your possession and on your premises; AND
(2) There is other evidence that you have operated your CB station
with more power than allowed by CB Rule Part 95.410

(d) Paragraph (c) of this section does not apply if you hold a license
in another radio service which allows you to operate an external RF
power amplifier."

Sorry, you lose. Again. As usual.

ALL amplifiers are NOT illegal. Only some uses of them (to include
CB). You consistent use of vague generalities undermines your
position, as does your ignorance of facts, and the incessant posting
of your deviant gay agenda.
