It's kind of ironic, actually, that Ebay considers 2950's bad enough to be
removed, but easily modified VHF radios which can be used to interupt
important frequencies, like police, fire and EMS continue to be sold. Do a
search for IC-2100 and see how many are offered modified, or with the
ability of the seller to modify after the auction.
