Well "John", you should check with your attorney first. The process is to file
your complaint against "unknown person or persons....", and then you can serve a
subpoena on the ISP who will be more than happy to finger the person or persons
responsible. You might also discuss with your attorney about what constitutes
'harassment' on Usenet, how you are going to counter the fact that he continues
to post despite this 'harassment', and the fact that Chuck has been the source
of much of the same type of 'harassment'......
