There are two usenet groups for private investigators. Post there. They
will do the contacting of the ISP's to get access to the Posting Host logs
and those give the exact name/address/phone number of the person who did the
post. I think they actually file a harassment suit, then the ISP coughs
it up at the beginning in a "motion of discovery", but I am not a PI or
lawyer so I don't want to give you false info. Go to the PI groups.
