I have one, and you need to get the aux antenna as close to the source
of the noise as you can. I could never really get good results, because
I was using a 4 element quad at 120 feet and it could hear noise sources
a long way from my QTH. My aux antenna couldn't, and there wasn't
enough adjustment in the gain control.
