After turning over regulating of CB's to local law enforcement they pretty much
washed there hands of the CB Radio.


They didn't "turn over" anything -- they still have authority over
their own rules and regulations. HR2346 only -permits- local
enforcement, it doesn't -require- it, and it doesn't pre-empt
enforcement under any jurisdiction by the FCC.


They are too under Manned and under funded
to worry about the CB Radio.


I agree, which is why people should cooperate so as not to make the
