This item is one of the 'collector radios'. Just as some older cars are
more desirable to restore than others. The Heathkit will work just as well
or beter than the Collins but does not have the collector value. Maybe
there were more Heathkits made but they are around $ 300 for the 1 kw modle
and the Collins are twice that or more.
