I only stated the Obvious caps because it may cause issues with the 8v
Regulator, which he seemed to think he had a temp problem with.
If the caps were leaky or shorted it could stress the regulator and it
could cause issues in other areas.

Another thing to remember is the Final chain is always connected to
power, even with the radio OFF. So he may want to Unplug the radio when
its gonna be sittng in the hot sun for a while.
