Please post 1 piece of infromation that says

Sure.....one expects hammie radio operators, especially those who have
made claims they are due respect by virtue of their license and time in
hammie radio, to be somewhat familiar with hammie and communications
law, no? N3CVJ maintained when the FCC sends you a notice detailing a
violation,,,"that's it. you're guilty", except, of course, when he
reversed his opinion AFTER Dogie was caught and began circulating
bull**** about how Dogie was probably framed because of his "numerous
enemies". Never mind the recordings Riley had in his possession of N8
breaking numerous hammie laws that were sent to him by several parties,
some of who had never heard of N8WWM until he made his presence known by
jamming. Hall lobbied vehemently for N8WWM's innocence. In one post he
says he was never involved with N8, in another he claims he was "sucked
into N8's Bull****". This guy makes Kerry and Bush look like candidates
with steadfast positios.
Besides, I don't have to..the FCC did that on the Rain Report. Your
argument continues to be with the FCC,,,they said he was found to be
jamming repeaters and interference, for some odd and unsettling personal
reason, you choose not to believe the FCC regarding this single event,
but invoke their rules left and right and maintain N8's innocence,,only
two people have done that,,N3CVJ and N8WWM..
