(1) The general assembly hereby recognizes that the citizens of Ohio
have a right to expect absolute safety within their own homes. (2)
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 04, any occupant of a dwelling
is justified in using any degree of physical force, including deadly
physical force, against another person when that other person has made
an unlawful entry into the dwelling, or when the occupant has a
reasonable belief that such other person person might use any physical
force, no matter how slight, against any occupant.

What can Dogie possibly use for "deadly physcical force" for someone
taking pictures fom a public place? Dogie, as a felon, isn't permitted
any firearms and if he pulled a knife or club on Mopar, I am more than
confident it would end up in his backside. In any event, once one
INVITES another to their home for what Dogie termed a critical beating,
he gave up his rights as an innocent and to use any deadly force, let
alone a weapon. As usual, you're welcome.
