Hrm.. There's a problem there..

There's two "schedules" of channels, apparently one for HF CB and the
other for UHF CB. Channel 1 on HF in NZ is, according to the document,
26.330 on the HF schedule, and 476.425 on the UHF schedule. 26.425
seems to be a mishmash of the two, and crammed between channels 8 and 9.

Just an observation.

Also, repeaters on CB freq's are legal there.
