BTW, I just did a little research. Turns out you can write or download
.cgi scripts that will label your outgoing packets with whatever IP
you choose (or any other identifying info). All you need is a friendly
ISP that will give you access to a directory that will let you upload
and run your own .cgi scripts.

Please let us know when you find an ISP who will allow this in today's day
and time.


Considering it takes a .cgi script to run things like hit-counters,
form-fields, tracer-routes, etc, it's probably easier than you think.
