They went on my **** list after the Manny Ramirez deal...baseball
needs a salary cap like the NFL has.

through the course of history all teams have made crap decisions
regarding players. sox are no different. there is a sort of cap in mlb
where the owners pay a luxury tax over a certain dollar amount in yearly
salaries. george could give a crap about the tax as he has his ship
yards and if that goes belly up then all he has to do is cry to the
federal govt and they'll bail him out.
