Why invoke Kerry when Bush actions are being examined and
discussed?
He
is irrelevant.
The name "Kerry" simply replaced "Clinton" for avoiding the

if and when it comes it will not be called a draft it will be called
Patriot Opportunty Act or something like that. 18 year olds will have
the option of enlisting or having there driver license suspended,
there are ways to have a draft and not call it a draft LOL
