I have not had problems getting it to run on any computer. Before this
message
the only report I have gotten of someone not being able to get it to run was
by
someone who was attempting to use a scanner that the software does not
support.

I find it hard to believe that out of 28 people, none of you can get the
software to
work when I constantly get reports from people that have no problem running
the
software. ID Tracker runs flawlessly for days on my systems and I don't
think
that my systems are anything special. One system is a 1 GHz Pentium III
running
Windows XP and the other system is a 300 Mhz Pentium II running Windows 98.

The purpose for hitting F12 is to display the the debug window to reveal any
errors
that may have occurred. Not being able to communicate with the scanner is
usually a configuration problem. Since you did not state what error you
recieved
I cannot help with whatever problem you are having.

Its useless trying to argue or help this guy, all he wants to do is call
you a moron, tell you that you are only 9 or 10 years old and tell you
that you have no friends and that you live with your mother.
