Then go to the FREQUENCY board at
http://www.strongsignals.net/access/boards/frequency/board.cgi

and scroll down to the bottom of the message pain and
check out all the resources there.
You will see cityfreq.com at the top of the heap!

Take the public safety frequencies you find for Punta Gorda and
the county, go over to the FCC General Menu report.

(FCC Database #1)

Plug in the name of the town as it appears in cityfreq.com
and the frequencies, to get the low down on who really
uses them. "PUNTA GORDA CITY OF " is not going
to tell you who's operating on them. You can listen or by deduction
,figure
the band plain out. But cross referencing them at the FCC site
will give the agency in Punta Gorda who is using them.
If a call sign is hyper linked, click on that and you may find
other frequencies and/or agencies.

Can someone give me or point me to a place to
download the public service radio freqs for
Punta Gorda, Charlotte County, Florida? Need
police, fire, ambulance, Red Cross, etc. This
is for my mom so she can program her scanner.

Thanks!
